Pitches are always welcome! I read every pitch sent to me, subject to a few basic rules:

  1. Bio’s of key executives are required, including company names and titles. Leaving this out is a big red flag.
  2. Like most VCs, I don’t sign NDA’s. Sorry.
  3. Give me some sense of the financials. Avoid false precision, but show me something that points to the inherent value (read: cash-generating capacity!) of your business.
  4. No need to write Moby Dick. Keep it short and sweet. PPT decks are just fine.
